I had a pleasant stay at the Emory Conference Center Hotel, enjoying the comfortable accommodations and friendly service. The food served during my meetings was delicious and surprisingly varied. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues with my bedding, which left me slightly concerned. All in all, it was a good experience, but some areas could use improvement.
Rooms
7.0
The room was comfortable, but I did find some hair in the bed which made me question the freshness of the sheets. Overall, the room was nice but showed some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom.
Service

The staff, especially Mr. Watson and Ebony at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and eager to assist. Their attentiveness truly enhanced my stay.

The location is great, being close to Emory Hospital. The serene surroundings made it a perfect retreat away from the city bustle.
Dining

I found the dining options to be quite good, especially the breakfast buffet with made-to-order pancakes and omelets. However, some meals did feel a bit overpriced considering the quality.

6.6/10
My stay at the Emory Conference Center Hotel was quite the mixed bag. The charming decor and large rooms had a pleasant vibe, but service issues and a few maintenance problems really dampened the experience. I appreciated the friendly staff, but their ability to address issues was lacking, especially considering the circumstances of my stay.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, but they lacked some essential furnishings. I was missing a table and chair, which were said to be on back order. Additionally, the malfunctioning phone in my room went unaddressed throughout my stay.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly and tried their best, there was a noticeable lack of management support. Given the overwhelming guest presence during my stay, they seemed stretched thin and unable to keep up with demands. This really affected my overall experience, particularly when I had to wait for assistance multiple times.
Location

The hotel is conveniently situated near Emory University and offers some beautiful views. This is a significant plus for anyone needing access to the university or nearby medical facilities. The surrounding area is also lovely, making for a pleasant environment.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was reasonably priced and offered a nice variety. However, the dining options could certainly use some improvement, as the selection was not as good as I had hoped.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had nice amenities, but there were some dips in quality. I found the housekeeping service wanting, as fresh towels had to be requested daily in person, and the shower water was consistently lukewarm, despite my requests for it to be adjusted.
